Contract Compliance Attorney

Loop Legal is actively seeking multiple contract attorneys to assist with substantive research and writing projects. Immediate opportunities for professionals with experience in compliance, AML, FCPA and employment law. Flexible schedules with ability to work remotely. Competitive compensation.   • Perform research of statutes, administrative rules and related case law
  • Analyze and write memorandum or training materials
  • Ability to work independently and meet prompt deadlines

Candidates will ideally be licensed attorneys in good standing in any jurisdiction. However, recent graduates will be considered.

Due Diligence Review Attorney

Loop Legal is seeking multiple contract attorneys for due diligence review projects for upcoming M&A transactions. Flexible schedules with potential option for remote work. Compensation is competitive. Qualified candidates will:

  • be licensed attorneys and in good standing in any jurisdiction or received their JD from an accredited law school
  • have experience with document review and due diligence projects
  • familiarity with platforms such as Relativity or Concordance
  • ability to pass conflict checks

Loop Legal is accepting applications for ​a Billing Coordinator to join our team. Qualified candidates will be responsible for assisting with preparation of financial records and invoicing.

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
  • Compute and record numerical data
  • Check the accuracy of business transactions
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties

  • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
  • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
